Data infrastructure · Reporting · AI · Automation

The data backbone for growing companies.

We connect the systems you already use into one source of truth you own — then build the reporting, AI and automation on top of it.

The problem

Your information lives in six systems.

The CRM, the website, the spreadsheets, the point of sale, the inventory system. None of them talk to each other, and none of them agree.

The cost

So a simple question takes an afternoon.

Somebody exports spreadsheets, stitches them together by hand, and the room still argues about whose number is right. Half the process is manual because nothing is connected.

What we do

We connect it into one system you own.

One warehouse, one definition per number, and the automation to keep it running without anybody touching it.

The kinds of systems we connect

  • CRM
  • Website and traffic analytics
  • Data and business intelligence
  • Conversion tracking and attribution
  • Advertising platforms
  • Email and outreach
  • Point of sale
  • E-commerce
  • Inventory
  • Accounting and finance
  • Project management
  • Scheduling and booking
  • Support and ticketing
  • Forms and lead capture
  • Call tracking
  • Service records
  • HR and payroll
  • Spreadsheets and manual files

If it has an export or an API, we can connect it.

What we do

We build four things.

Each one builds on the one before it. We can build all four, or start with the single piece that's costing you the most.

01

Data infrastructure

We connect your scattered systems into a single warehouse you own, with one agreed definition for every metric so the same number means the same thing everywhere.

One source of truth. The argument about whose number is right ends.

02

Dashboards and reporting

The visible layer — a unified dashboard across the whole company, plus automated reports that arrive on schedule instead of being assembled by hand.

Answers in seconds, not an afternoon of exports.

03

AI implementation

Ask questions of your own data in plain English, plus custom internal tools built on it — drafting, summarizing, classifying, and assistants that know your business.

Anyone can query the business without knowing where anything lives.

04

Process automation

We wire systems together so the manual steps disappear: records syncing between platforms, triggered alerts, scheduled jobs, hand-offs that used to be someone's checklist.

Recurring manual work removed, and fewer things quietly dropped.

How an engagement runs

Scoped up front, monitored after. You get a fixed price before the build starts, and we don't hand over a system nobody is watching.

  1. Phase one

    Discovery

We inventory your systems, agree which numbers actually matter, and write down the scope. Your quote comes from it.

  2. Phase two

    Build

We stand up the warehouse, connect the sources, build the definitions, then the dashboards, AI and automation that are in scope.

  3. Phase three

    Handover

Logins, documentation and training. The infrastructure sits in accounts you own, so it's yours whatever happens next.

  4. Phase four

    Upkeep

We monitor the pipelines, repair them when a platform changes, support your team and make small improvements as you go.

Selected work

Our projects.

Motorcycles and homebuilding run on completely different operations — which is the point. The method transfers because the underlying problem is the same.

Buell Motorcycle

Marketing and sales data platform

Delivered

A complete data platform for a motorcycle dealership. We connected analytics, advertising, email, social, the website, the CRM and in-store sales into one warehouse the company owns, then built the reporting and AI layer on top and put the whole pipeline under daily monitoring.

What we built

  • Warehouse connecting eight sources
  • Unified company dashboard
  • Automated leadership report
  • Ask-your-data in plain English
  • Monitored syncs with daily health checks

What it changed

  • Every channel visible in one place
  • Consistent definitions across the business
  • The full funnel, traffic through to revenue
  • Recurring reporting with no manual assembly

Epique Homes

CRM and scheduling integration

In progress

An active engagement in residential homebuilding, connecting their CRM and their scheduling system. Today each one holds half the story — who the customer is on one side, when the work actually happens on the other — and answering anything that spans both means checking two places and hoping they agree. Different industry and different software to the dealership work, but the same underlying problem.

In scope

  • CRM connected as a source
  • Scheduling system connected as a source
  • One consistent record across both
  • Shared definitions so the two systems agree

Status

Build underway. We'll publish the measurable outcomes here once the engagement reaches handover.

Pricing

Every project is quoted.

No two companies run the same systems, so there are no packages and no fixed rates. You get one price, in writing, for the work your business actually needs.

Free consultation

Start with a conversation, not a quote.

We sit down with you and walk through how your business actually runs day to day — where the manual work is, which numbers are hard to get, and what keeps getting done twice. It costs nothing and there's no obligation. If there's a project worth doing, that conversation becomes a written scope and a fixed price.

What shapes your quote

Four things move the number. We walk you through all of them before you see a price.

How many systems

The number of sources to connect, and how willingly each one hands over its data. A modern platform with a clean API is quick. A legacy system that only exports spreadsheets is not.

The state of the data

Duplicate records, inconsistent naming, and numbers that never quite reconcile all take time to sort out. This is usually the part companies underestimate.

What gets built on top

A single dashboard is a smaller job than dashboards plus AI tooling plus automation running across the company. You choose the scope.

Ongoing support

Every build includes a monthly agreement covering hosting, monitoring, repairs when a platform changes, and support. It scales with the size of what we're running.

Quotes come in two parts: a one-time build, and the monthly that keeps it running. Both are fixed and agreed before any work starts, so there's nothing to discover on an invoice later.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and there's no obligation at the end of it. It's how we learn how your business runs and whether there's a project worth quoting. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need us yet, and we'll tell you that.

Do we really own the data?

Yes. Everything runs in accounts and a database that belong to you. We operate it; you own it. If you walk away, the whole system and its history stay with you.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. The point is to connect what you already use, not to make you migrate. Your team keeps working in the same systems.

Does this only work for certain industries?

No. The work is the same shape regardless of what you sell — connect the systems, agree the definitions, surface and automate. The portfolio is deliberately in two unrelated industries.

What does upkeep actually cover?

Hosting and database, keeping the syncs running, repairing them when a platform changes its API, supporting your team, and small improvements as they come up.

How long does a build take?

It depends on scope, which is exactly what discovery establishes. A focused build is weeks; a full company implementation is longer. You get the timeline in writing before anything starts.

Can we start small?

Yes, and most do. A focused build on one painful area is a normal way in, and it grows from there once the foundation exists.

Tell us what isn't connected.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether there's a real project here. It's free, and if there is one, you'll get a written scope and a fixed price from it.
